What Is Mental Floss?

Mental Floss is nervous system and brain hygiene, that I have created over the last few years. It is my own personal practice that I do daily. Within The Inner Climate container we will be doing the same practices.

Just like we floss our teeth to prevent buildup, we clear our inner world of:

• chronic stress patterns

• looping thoughts

• suppressed emotion

• old identity structures

• limiting beliefs

• survival responses that are no longer serving

Through breathwork, guided meditation, somatic awareness, and subconscious re-patterning, we create space.

Space to regulate.

Space to soften.

Space to become.

Monday’s 6 p.m. MST Yoga asana with breathwork and meditation

Next session May 11th- June 29th (8 weeks) - this one is only Mental Floss which is meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra

The regular Monday classes (Oct- April) vary from Hatha Flow, Core Strength, Gentle Hatha, Vinyasa flow, Amrit, Sattva, Yin, Yoga nidra, breathwork, meditation
