The Yoga Home is a mobile registered (YA) yoga school (500 RYS). I am offering trainings, workshops, classes currently online and 1:1 coaching sessions
1:1 coaching session healing through creative expression
The sessions will involve tapping into inspired creative potential by opening up the channels of expression through breathwork, meditation, yoga nidra and creative writing. If you have the desire to write poetry, letters, novels, social media posts as well as express them out loud, I will guide you through some processes that have helped me. I have published two poetry books and am currently practicing my artistry in New York performing my spoken words on stages.

Sattva Yoga- Sattva Yoga is a beautiful blend of traditional Hatha vinyasa and Raja Yoga. The difference is in Sattva we do the pranayama and meditation after savasana. The Sanskrit word Sattva is one of the qualities called “gunas”. We embody each of them. Sattva quality is a state of purity, harmony, balance, joy and wisdom. You will learn the integrative action lines that coordinate and support opening up the front, back, side and strength portions of the body. Leaving you with a balance between mind, body and spirit.
