Mental Floss is nervous system and brain hygiene, that I have created over the last few years. It is my own personal practice that I do daily. Within The Inner Climate container we will be doing the same practices.

Just like we floss our teeth to prevent buildup, we clear our inner world of:

• looping thoughts

• suppressed emotion

• old identity structures

• limiting beliefs

• survival responses that are no longer serving
