Hello! Welcome to my Yoga Channel! I'm so excited to share this Ashtanga practice with you. It is not primary series, I have modified it and depending on your practice you may have to take further modifications to adjust to your level. If you are familiar with this practice then have fun doing the full postures.
This is a great tool for relaxing the mind and reducing stress. It also helps balance out the 2 hemispheres of the brain which has all kinds of cognitive functioning benefits. When we take time out to relax the nervous system it allows the body to reset and be in it's optimal functioning state.
If you have achey sore muscles and joints that need rehydration or skin that is ready for a bit more aliveness and tightening follow this short routine with your foam roller and you will feel so good after!
This video will bring some light to your practice if you are wanting some relief in the SI joint area or if you experience sciatica once in awhile. You will need a strap, belt or a scarf.

This was a fb live class so at the end in savasana part of it was cut. Please stay in savasana for at least 3-5 min to restore the body and mind. This is a full practice with longer holds and integrative awareness through the muscular energy.
