Mental Floss - 8 Week Group Series
Refresh your mind and reset your nervous system with Mental Floss, a 45- minute weekly practice combining guided meditation, breathwork and yoga nidra (which is a deep rest laying down guided meditation). This 8 - week series is designed to help you release stress, reprogram limiting beliefs, and cultivate your inner calm.
